Aish Property solutions evolved over 27 years of property management in inner city, township and social housing environments. As an “off shoot” of CITYNET property management, our group has developed skill and abilities which are unique in the South African property sector. From inner City commercial and residential management, township shopping centre consulting and management, social housing facilitation and management and most recently valuation, assessment and recommendation for the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (South African National Government).

Turning Distress into Returns
Eviction of illegal occupants from properties is perhaps the biggest and most complex challenge faced in the South African Property sector. Many property owners find themselves in a position where they are unable or unwilling to deal with the complexities associated the management of challenging properties in various environments.
AISH PROPS offers a solution to this by way of our head lease offering. We provide an opportunity for landlords to enter a valid and secure lease agreement that ensures security of income and asset protection. Aish Props will enter a lease agreement on favourable terms to each party that would effectively ensure that the property owner would receive a single rental payment per month, in the knowledge that all responsibilities would be for the tenant (in this instance Aish Props).
Our lease agreements are secured by guarantees, references and reputable track record. Management services are outsourced to CITYNET who has the knowledge, experience and infrastructure to deliver and ensure the viability of every asset under lease.
